My fireplace

A few years ago we bought an ethanol fireplace for our livingroom.  We´ve never used it much because it gets so hot inside the house ;-)  So sometimes I´ve put something else in the fireplace, like candles in the winter time and once I put some big beach pebbles, shells and a boat in the fireplace.
The other day I was browsing the internet and saw this great idea from this great blog, Skreytum hús where she uses big candles and logs.

.....and I decided to do the same and sent my lumberjack out to cut some wood ;-)

So here is my "new" fireplace:

I can´t decide if I should use the birds or not !  What do you think, birds or no birds:

So I´m really happy with my new fireplace :-)

I found this wonderful website, Meet the Dubiens. American supermom, Jill, loves to make fun food for her kids and these great lunch boxes.  I just wish I had the time to make something like this....and some ideas in my head !!

I know the Christmas is over but I just bought Emeto´s new Christmas kit, Puppy Christmas and I just had to make a page with this cute kit :-)

Awsome photographer

I stumbled on these awsome photographs on the internet and I just love them.  The photographers name is Per Breihagen, born and raised in Norway and the pictures are of his daughter Anja in a traditional Norwegian clothing....dressed like an elf :-) 

This is something that I would like to try....maby for the next Christmas card....or maby this could be a fun project for my next digital scrapbooking layout !!
